Dr. Hume Johnson is a Global Leadership Strategist, scholar, and ICF-accredited Executive Coach whose work sits at the intersection of identity, expertise, and professional authority. She helps leaders define themselves, communicate under pressure, and lead from a foundation of unmistakable authority.
Her clients have included Mapfre Insurance, the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, The Rhode Island Foundation, The Commonwealth Secretariat, Jamaica National Bank, Brown University Executive Education, and the Eastern Academy of Management. She works with executives, senior leaders, founders, and public-facing professionals who are technically strong but recognize that leadership, and career success requires more than expertise.
Her strategic advisory work is informed by her proprietary frameworks including The Currency of YOU™ and The H.U.M.E Method™. These are used in her executive coaching, organizational leadership programs, and keynote engagements.
